  2. MATERIALES • Franela o Huaipe. • Alcohol Isopropilico. • Desarmador estrella Imantado (rubicon 101). • Silicona Liquida. • Brocha 2¨.

  3. RECOMENDACIONES • Mantener las manos limpias y secas. • Mantener un orden con los tornillos. • Evitar la caída de cualquier liquido (agua, gaseosa, café, etc) en los componentes electrónicos . • No forzar al momento del desarmado y armado.

  4. MANTENIMIENTO PREVENTIVO • Para dar el mantenimiento preventivo externa e interna se operara de la siguiente manera:

  5. MANTENIMIENTO PREVENTIVO Externa Paso 1) limpiar con alcohol Isopropílico el case. Paso 2) Limpiar las teclas con silicona liquida.

  6. MANTENIMIENTO PREVENTIVO Limpiar el teclado y mainboard con brocha y alcohol Isopropilico. Hardware Interno

  7. MANTENIMIENTO • CORRECTIVO • (se da en el caso del hardware dañado)

  8. MANTENIMIENTO PREVENTIVO Cuando la pantalla , mainboard, teclado y/o cualquier componente este dañado y se procederá hacer el cambio

  11. DAÑOS FRECUENTES • El problema común en la pantalla es por la caída y tiende a quebrarse. • También se puede dañar el flex y los Led.

  12. MAINBOARD: La falta de actualización de la fecha suele ocurrir porque la pila esta descargada, hace cierto conflicto con los componentes y pedirá la llave de activación cada vez que se reinicia. Podría también no encender por algún corto circuito y la densidad del voltaje. DAÑOS FRECUENTES

  13. TECLADO: Suele sufrir daños por el uso y la falta de cuidado por ejemplo: Teclas despegadas DAÑOS FRECUENTES

  14. En caso de tener estos tipos de inconvenientes con el mantenimiento correctivo contactarse con el área de Operaciones & Soporte Técnico – DIT –DIGETE.

  15. SUGERENCIA DE ENSAMBLAJE

  16. En caso de tener dos laptops educativas con diferente falla.

  17. En caso de tener cargador inoperativo. Cargador de la Institución Educativa Cargador desarrollado por un técnico Inoperativo Operativo

  18. SE OBTENDRA LO SIGUIENTE • NOTA.- El cargador armado tendrá que tener el mismo voltaje y amperaje del cargador original.
