  3. European Competence Systems EuroCsysis a NPO that researches, innovates, adapts and improves educational programs based in key competences. This status allows us to continue researching and achieving high efficient & low-cost applications of new technologies for education. All European countries have historically had large number of immigrants, native, non- native speakers who need to adapt themselves to the culture of the country they live in. EuroCsys programs have been successful across Europe because of the adaptability of the demographics.
