Efficacy of Renal Denervation in Resistant Hypertension Over 12 Months

This study analyzes the impact of renal denervation on patients with treatment-resistant hypertension, highlighting significant reductions in office systolic blood pressure (SBP) by ≥10 mm Hg and ambulatory blood pressure (ABP) by ≥5 mm Hg. In this cohort, responder rates were observed at 80%, with efficacy measured at 3, 6, and 12 months. The findings emphasize the potential of renal denervation as a viable intervention for managing difficult-to-treat hypertension, providing insights into long-term treatment outcomes.
