製作手工花生巧克力. 材料. 原味 花生 ( 剖半 ) 。 巧克力 碎塊 。 吐司。. 器具. 電磁爐 大鍋 ( 外 ) 。 小鍋 ( 內 ) 。 湯匙。 錫箔紙。. 作法. 步驟 1 :大鍋加水加熱,小鍋乾燥。 步驟 2 :小鍋放在大鍋隔水加熱。 步驟 3 : 1 公斤巧克力 ( 全部倒入 ) 。 步驟 4 :巧克力全部融成液體。 步驟 5 :放入 1 公斤花生。 步驟 6 :鋁箔紙摺出造型,分裝倒入容器。 步驟 7 :等待冷卻,表面變色、變硬。. 清理、收拾. 秘訣: 先擦再洗,也可將倒不出的巧克力醬沾吐司或餅乾來吃。.
