The Youth and Youngsters Project aimed to assist young individuals with psychiatric backgrounds to engage in public sport activities, facilitated by sport mentors from GGZinGeest and Arkin. The project emphasized personal planning, implementation, and evaluation, resulting in successful goal achievements and continued participation in sports. Individual coaching, trust-building, and medical team connections were key factors in the project's success. For more information, contact Karen Diemeer at GGZinGeest or Laurent van Wegen at Arkin.
