  2. About this Guide Starting in the second week of November 2014, the Learning Management System (aka AAA Institute) will be upgraded to the latest version of the software. This software update will provide a new look & feel and navigation. The way you enroll, search and access courses, and use the system in general will function in the same way; however, the location of some items will change with the new site navigation. This guide will provide you with an overview on how to access and navigate the new site.

Accessing the Site If you previously accessed the site by typing – aaa.intelladon.comin an Internet browser, The new address is – aaa.netdimensions.com. aaa.netdimensions.com The user ID and password that you used as of November 2, 2014, will continue to be your user ID and password in the new system.

  4. Accessing the Site If you access the site from your club’s login page or the aaacampus.aaa.biz web site, these links will function as usual. You will not need to enter a new web address.   5. The New Look Welcome to your new learning system! The most notable change to the software is the use of drop-down menu navigation across the top, and a sleek new look. Previously, the site navigation was in a static menu to the left. The following slides will describe the new menus.

  6. Navigation Changes 5 6 1 2 3 4 • Home - will take you back to your home page. • Learning Center – combines all of the tabs that were previously on the home page into one convenient location. This area contains the functionality related to: • accessing your current learning modules • searching the catalog • enrollment approval requests for your manager • transcripts • certification programs • your training plan and learning path • and a new calendar-based course search tool 2

Navigation Changes 5 6 1 2 3 4 • Career Development* – combines all of the tabs that were previously included in the Career Development area.In this menu you can access: • your career development summary • job profiles • Competencies • perform a training gap analysis • *Not all clubs will utilize this functionality. 3

  8. Navigation Changes 5 6 1 2 3 4 Connect* – is an optional new functionality for learners to connect with others at their organization or enrolled in the same courses. Learners can complete a profile along with contact information to connect with peers. *Not all clubs will utilize this functionality.

  9. Navigation Changes 5 6 1 2 3 4 5 User Profile – was previously located at the bottom of the left navigation menu. The “User Profile” link was replaced by your name in the upper-right corner of the window. In the user profile, you can change your password and system preferences*. *Some preference changes may be limited by your administrator.

  10. Navigation Changes 5 6 1 2 3 4 Search Bar – is an exciting new functionality that allows you to search for courses and reference materials right from the home page. The search bar will search for keywords in course and reference titles and descriptions.

  11. Knowledge Center Changes The navigation of the Knowledge Center was also redesigned in the update. The Knowledge Center is the hub for all information related to the course you’re enrolled in.

Knowledge Center Changes 1 All of the navigation tabs that were previously across the top have been moved to the left navigation menu for easier navigation and to allow more space in the main window. Additionally, all learner action items were compiled into a drop-down “To-do” menu. This menu alerts the learner with a red dot, if there are additional tasks require to complete the course, eliminating confusion on what else needs to be done. 2
