  1. 2015 All-Mailed Ballot Election Overview • 20 cities, 25 school districts and 24 special districts and county – 70 Jurisdictions • 40 Jurisdictions participating in the election • Registered Voters: 357,191 • Total Ballots Cast: 105,341 (29.5%) • VBM Ballots Cast: 102,721 (97.5%) • UPP and Voting Centers Ballots Cast: 2,620 (2.5%)

Universal Polling Places (UPP) • Universal Polling Places (Election Day Only) • 32 UPPs countywide • Connected to voter registration database • Open on Election Day Only: 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. • Staffing: 4 to 5 Election Day Officers (131) • Fingerprinting/background checks required • Specialized training required for Election Day Officers to access voter registration and Election Management System (EMS)
