About Britten Wilder • Britten Wilder is a best-selling author, personal therapist, and a life/relationship coach. • He was born in Aliceville, Alabama to Thomas and Amy Wilder, and is the younger of two siblings. • He holds a BA degree in Communication degree holder from the University of Alabama (Roll Tide.)  Tuscaloosa, Alabama. • Currently, Wilder lives in Atlanta with his fiancé.

Britten Wilder Started His Career as an Author In 2007 • 2007 was a life-changing year for Britten Wilder. • Not only did he release his first novel entitled, Getting and Keeping Your Mate Trained, Whipped, Faithful and on a Leash in 2007, but also became an overnight star. • Before he knew it, he found himself a guest on major talk shows around the world.

Wilder’s Inspiration behind Getting and Keeping Your Mate Trained, Whipped, Faithful and on a Leash • Britten’s novel was inspired by the personal frustrations of several men (including him) and women around the US who thought that it was hard to find the right partner. • The novel hit home with the readers not only in the United States, but all around the world.

Britten Wilder’s Struggle as an Author • Britten Wilder was turned down by almost every New York publisher when he wanted to come out with his first novel. • The rejection eventually led him to take matters into his own hands and publish his own work. • The rest as we all know is history. After the massive success of his first novel, he came up with four more novels that too turned out International best-sellers. • Currently, he is working on his new novel, “Looking for Chocolate”, which according to critics is Wilder’s best work ever.
