Investigation of NF-kB Activation and Inhibition by Various Concentrations of Melittin and LPS

This study examines the effects of different concentrations of Melittin and Lipopolysaccharide (LPS) on NF-kB activation levels. Using varying concentrations of Melittin (10 mg/ml), LPS (1 mg/ml), and other compounds like SNP (200 mM) and BV (5 mg/ml), we aim to elucidate the signaling pathways involved in NF-kB modulation. The interactions and pathways will provide insights into potential therapeutic uses of these compounds in inflammatory responses.
