  1. How To Make Crepes Dessert Style By: Kayla Barroca

  2. Crepes • Crepes are a thin pancake usually served rolled up. Every country has it’s own version of the crepe. However, it first originated from Brittany, France. Crepes were essentially a dessert, but could also be served with coffee in the morning.

  3. Ingredients • 1 Cup of Flour • 1/8 Teaspoon of Salt • ½ Cup of Water • ½ Cup of Milk • 2 Eggs • 2 Tablespoons of Melted Butter

Instructions • Add all the ingredients into a mixing bowl and beat the mixture until smooth. • Heat a griddle frying pan to medium and spray some cooking oil on top. • Drop the crepe mixture onto the heated surface, and each crepe should be ¼ cup batter. • Tilt the pan in a circular motion, so that the batter spreads evenly. • Cook each side until golden brown, each side should be 1 minute. • Once you finished, you may choose any topping you like and add it on.
