  4. Issues • Regular contact process • Training realtors • Website • Facebook

  5. Outlook • Agents not making regular contact with their clients • Either by phone, email, letter, etc. • Clients become anxious when they have not spoken with their agent for a few weeks time • Solution: find a easy and efficient way for agents to keep in regular contact with their clients

Outlook • Calendar system • Part of Email program • Set up 2 week interval reminders • Each reminder is different form of communication with the client • Reminder will have client contact information as well as the schedule of reminders • System can be updated with each client • Follow an example that shows information and attachments needed

  7. Training • No organized structure • Takes far to long with constant repetition • No training program in place • Training only done by head management

  8. Training • Section off training to complete faster • Create organized structure of related material • Create training booklet so anyone can train new agents • Create program to help dictate what to train new agents on.

  10. Website • Command it's presence • Authenticity of the company • Quick load times • Website may be your only defense in selling your service to a new client

  11. Old Website • Too much stuff on homepage • Took too long to load • Too many pop-ups • Difficult to navigate • No clear home point/directions • Hard to jump to a new point in the site • User may question the authenticity of the business

  12. New Website • Clean and neat • Each individual page has its own use • Navigation bar and home button • Use of "i-frames" to incorporate outside websites without leaving the page • Very easy to jump around
