Catalyst Lite • The Catalyst Lite System is a low cost flow metered chemical injection system capable of delivering up to eight (8) chemicals to a maximum of eight (8) washers. • By using the standard Softrol Catalyst software package, this unit delivers many of the features of the Catalyst Classic. Has Less automation in order to provide a low cost solution for the volumetric injection of chemicals. • This model is not available as a redundant system.

  5. Catalyst Classic • The Catalyst Classic System is the industry standard for effectively automating the delivery of up to 16 chemicals to a maximum of 20 washers. • All functions of this unit are automated including automated operation of calibration valves and a back flush valve for easy maintenance of the system. • This system has redundancy capabilities.

  6. Catalyst Dual Inject • The Catalyst Dual Inject System has similar features of the Catalyst Classic, but offers dual injection capability during the delivery of chemicals to washers. For high production facilities this unit can deliver chemicals to two (2) machines simultaneously while ensuring minimum formula hold times. • In addition, the system incorporates a large integrated 15-gallon flush tank with an additional flush pump (2) to ensure proper flushing during simultaneous chemical injections. • This system has redundancy capabilities.

  7. Catalyst Tunnel System • The System has the capability to simultaneously deliver up to sixteen (16) chemicals to eight (8) individual modules of a continuous batch washer. • The unique design allows each module receiving chemicals to be matched to its own chemical manifold with a built-in flow meter and flush. • This design allows simultaneous injection of chemicals to separate modules without initiating production delays. • Tunnel interface hardware and Catalyst Software is provided with each system, offering user defined programming, data collection, report generation and remote real-time observation.

  14. Materials of Construction The manifold is precision milled from a solid block of 1-1/2” thick PVC.

  15. Materials of Construction The valves have a Teflon diaphragm for the wetted component. The body of the valves is made from PPS. The screws that attach the valve are stainless steel.

  17. Materials of Construction The stand is made from structural PVC foam board. It will not corrode and is impervious to most chemicals used in the Laundry industry.
