Itinerary Update • Only 183 Days Away!!!!! • We are flying out of Spokane (GEG Airport) • Flights – Middle seats and we are spread throughout the plane. • Transportation to the airport options: • Time of flights will determine airport transportation and meeting the night before. • Travel, counting, and rooming groups finalized

Money for Tips • Money for tips • A customary practice in the travel industry • $60 per traveler for the 9 days in cash • This must be collected at our next meeting on March 12th at 7:00pm • Use our envelopes please – 1 per traveler • Note: If we as a group are unhappy with the guides performance we will take that into consideration when tipping and you will be reimbursed.

  7. Passports and Visas Sample Visa Packet… VERY IMPORTANT! • Valid through December 2013 (6 months after our return date).   • If anybody has not ordered their passport yet, you need to get on that ASAP… Required for Visas by March.

Room Request Information See handouts for rooming groups. • Each person should be rooming with at least one person that they requested… we tried to accommodate everyone to the best of our ability. • If a person failed to submit • a request sheet they were • automatically place in group, which we greatly appreciated  • Understand that this might change depending on our • grouping needs while on the ground.

STUDENT TRAVELGLOBAL EXPEDITIONSSUPER BOWL FUNDRAISER • Perfect opportunity to individually raise China Trip Money! • Great tasting and convenient for Super Bowl or even quick dinners, birthday parties, or entertaining. • Fun to make and delicious to eat! • We need your support! • Goal – Sell 20 Kits It’s time to stock up for that Super Bowl Party!

How does this work? • Collect payment with order • Checks payable to Jason Albrecht • Seller earns $5.00 profit for each kit that is sold • Complete top portion of order with your name and phone number (cell preferred) • Money will be sent directly to your EF account • Important Dates: • December 12th – Fundraiser Begins • January 17th – Order Form and Payment Due • January 25th – Pickup Kits (3 pm – 6 pm) – at the MPR Please pick up the kits as soon as they are available. We will not be responsible for any remaining kits as we do not have storage onsite for them – they will be donated to the local food bank. If the products thaw, they can be refrozen one time.
