  4. The Survey • Include a copy (screenshot) of your survey and show the different types of questions used (open, closed, scaled etc)

  5. Getting Data • Explain how you collected your data and what different groups (males, females, young, older etc) you included

  6. Examples of completed Survey • Include one completed survey (either by scanning one or putting a screen shot on the slide and filling it in

  7. Survey Summary • Include your survey summary that you have already included

  8. Survey Conclusions • Include your survey conclusions that you have already included

  9. Key Question Answered • Include an overall concluding statement that answers the key question of the assignment
