  3. Direct Purchase: Applicable for all procurement valued up to ₹ 50,000 through any of the available suppliers on the GeM portal, meeting the requisite quality, specification & delivery period www.gem.gov.in

L1 Purchase: Applicable Mode of Procurement for All Orders Valued Above ₹50,000 and Up to ₹10,00,000 Through Gem Seller Having the Lowest Price Amongst Available Sellers,of Atleast Three Different Manufacturers on Gem, Meeting the Requisite Quality, Specification & Delivery Period. www.gem.gov.in
