PROCEDIMENTO DE MONTAGEM PASSO A PASSO 2713N – RETENTOR APLICADO NO CUBO DE RODA TRASEIRO DO EIXO MÉRITOR 5) O retentor deverá ser aplicado até o encosto final do cubo (TOP) 1) Após desmontagem e limpeza do cubo , verificar o estado do alojamento do mesmo. 6) Verificar o estado dos drenos do cubo, colocar o captador de óleo. OBS* temos desenho do aplicador do captador. 2) Aplicar o rolamento previamente lubrificado. 7) Instalar o rolamento externo previamente lubrificado. 3) Remover o retentor novo da embalagem Corteco somente na hora da aplicação. 8) Levar o rolamento externo até sua base inicial para que o mesmo sirva de guia, com a finalidade de manter o cubo devidamente alinhado em relação a ponta da carcaça. 4) Com o auxílio da ferramenta instalar o retentor de forma que o mesmo se aloje bem paralelo em relação ao cubo Evite o retrabalho, siga o passo a passo de montagem. 01/03/2010
