We serve a very regionally diverse population (students from urban centres, small towns, rural and northern communities) but a relatively ethnically homogenous population compared to the Ontario college system:3% Aboriginal students 3% immigrant students (plus 4% who are first generation Cdn) 7 % members of racialized communities (visible minority) 29% from a small city, 23% from rural areas 40% First Generation PSE Fleming diversity portrait

  5. 2011 international student profile* 136 international students came to Fleming this year, from 20 different countries, studying at 3 campuses Brealey = 127 students Frost = 8 students Haliburton = 1 student * International statistics are maintained by the International Education Office international@flemingc.on.ca
