Kamarband is not a newly designed ornament, it has been an inseparable part of our culture for ages. It's typically made up of metals like gold and silver and its outer surface is carved with intricate designs. You can easily find Kamarband online which is decorated with pearls, gems and precious stones. Luxuriant kamarbands are usually worn on occasions like weddings to show the wealth, prosperity and wellness of the women’s family. Kamarbands have deep roots in our culture so it's not wrong to say that a bride’s solah shringar is incomplete without a beautiful Kamarband. If you are wondering where the word 'Kamar patta' came from, then it may come as a surprise to you that it originates from Maharashtra. Of course, the designs & patterns also change as per the geographical location and regions but their origin remains one and the same.
