JESUS CHRIST AND HIS WORLD • HE MADE THE WORLD CREATION • HE LOVED THE WORLD INCARNATION • HE WILL RULE THE WORLD 2ND COMING

JESUS AND CREATION “In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God and the Word was God…All things were made my Him and without Him was not anything made that was made.” Jn. 1:1,3 “For by Him al things were created, both in the heavens and on earth…” Col. 1:16 God has spoken to us by His Son,… by Whom also He made the world.” Heb. 1:1-3

JESUS AND HIS INCARNATION “And the Word became flesh and dwelt among us….” Jn. 1:14 “For unto you IS BORN this day a Savior who is Christ the Lord.” Luke 2:11

JESUS AND HIS 2ND COMING TO REIGN “He will be great and will be called the Son of the Most High; and the Lord God will give Him the throne of His father David; and He will reign over the house of David and His Kingdom will have no end.” Lk. 1:32,33 “For a child will be born to us, a son will be given to us; And the government will rest on His shoulders; and His name will be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace. There will be no end to the increase of His government…” Isa. 9:6,7

QUESTIONS ABOUT HIS 2ND COMING • WHEN WILL HE COME? • HOW WILL HE COME? • WHY IS HE COMING?

SIGNS TO LOOK FOR • THE NATION OF ISRAEL RE-ESTABLISHED AS A NATION AND THE RETURN OF THE JEWISH PEOPLE BACK TO THEIR HOMELAND. “I will bring you into the land of Israel. Then you will know that I am the Lord…And I will put my spirit within you and I will place you on your own land…” Ez. 37:12,13 I will make them one nation and they will no longer be two nations… Ez. 37:21,22

THE NATION OF ISRAEL WILL BE OPPOSED BY THE NATIONS OF THE WORLD “Say to Gog…you will come from your place out of the remote parts of the North, a great assembly and a mighty army and you will come against My people Israel like a cloud that covers the land…” Ez. 38:14-16

THERE WILL BE A MAJOR SHIFT TOWARD GLOBILIZATION AND AN EMPHASIS PROMOTING A ONE WORLD ECONOMY, RELIGION AND LEADER. “And the whole earth was amazed and followed after the “leader” and said, ‘who is like the “leader”?... Rev. 13:16,17

THERE WILL BE A GREAT INCREASE OF INTERNATIONAL INSTABILITY “You will be hearing of wars and rumors of wars.. And nation will rise up against nation and kingdom against kingdom…” Mtt. 24:7

THERE WILL BE A GREAT INCREASE OF KNOWLEDGE “But as for you, Daniel, conceal these words and seal up the book until the end of time… for knowledge will increase…” Daniel 12:4

THE TEMPLE WILL BE REBUILT IN JERUSALEM AND THE PRIESTHOOD WILL BE RE-ESTABLISHED TO SERVE IN THE TEMPLE “I will adorn my glorious altar…” Isa. 60:7 “The sons of Levi will come near to the Lord to minister to Him.” Ez. 40:46

THERE WILL BE AN INCREASE OF EARTHQUAKES AND NATURAL DISASTERS “There will be famines and earthquakes…” Mtt. 24:7

THERE WILL BE AN INCREASE OF LAWLESSNESS, ANARCHY AND WICKEDNESS “And because lawlessness in increased, most people’s love will grow cold.” Matt. 24:12

There will be an increase of man’s arrogance and abusive behavior resulting in brokenness of families and relationships “In the last days, difficult times will come, for men will be lovers of self, boastful, arrogant…unloving, irreconcilable…” II Tim. 3:1-4

WHAT DO WE DO IN THE LIGHT OF THIS INFORMATION “When you see these things BEGIN TO TAKE PLACE, take notice of them and look up, for your redemption is drawing near.” Luke 21:28

TRUTH TO LIVE BY • READINESS IS KEY! MAKE SURE YOU KNOW JESUS AS YOUR LORD AND SAVIOR. “Look, I stand at the door and knock. If any man hears my voice and opens the door, I will come into him (into his life) and will have fellowship with him.” Rev. 3:20

TRUTH TO LIVE BY • RIGHT LIVING IS WISE Live in a way that honors and pleases God. “And whatever you do in word or deed, do all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks through Him to the Father.” Col. 3:17 “…live sensibly, righteously and Godly in this present world…” Titus 2:12

TRUTH TO LIVE BY • EXPECTATION IS REAL Live with an anticipation that Jesus is coming again. “…looking for that blessed hope and glorious appearing of the glory of our great God and Savior, Christ Jesus; who gave Himself for us… Titus 2:13,14

TRUTH TO LIVE BY • PROCLAMATION IS IMPERATIVE! MAKE IT A HIGH PRIORITY TO TELL OTHERS ABOUT JESUS! “Go into all the world and proclaim the good news to all creation.” Mark 16:15

THE LORD’S TABLE “For I received from the Lord what I also passed on to you: The Lord Jesus, on the night he was betrayed, took bread, and when he had given thanks, he broke it and said, ‘This is my body, which is for you; do this in remembrance of me.” In the same way, after super he took the cup saying, ‘This cup is the new covenant of my blood; do this, whenever you drink it, in remembrance of me.’ For whenever you eat this bread and drink this cup, you proclaim the Lord’s death UNTIL HE COMES!
