Implementacja INCO • Horyzontalne działania INCO, tj. otwarcie 7 priorytetów tematycznych i 2 działań specyficznych (Policy oriented research / NEST oraz SMEs) dla udziału organizacji z krajów trzecich. Budżet: 312M€. • Specyficzne działania INCO (Specific measures in support of international cooperation), tj. konkursy INCO. Budżet: 346M€. • Międzynarodowe działania HRM (Human Resources and Mobility). Budżet: 65M€ w 2003-2004i więcej w 2005-2006. Krajowy Punkt Kontaktowy
