  4. 工務工程的環保政策及策略 • 在工程計劃、設計及施工階段關注對環境造成的影響 • 在評審標書時加入考慮承建商在環保方面的表現加強減少對環境造成滋擾的規格 • 於合約內為減少造成環境滋擾的措施訂立獨立帳目

  13. 優質機動設備 (QPME) • 祇容許經環保署接受及登記的優質機動設備在工地上使用 • 承建商必須登記所有在工地上使用的機動設備方便作出監控

  14. 在噪音感應強的地方量度音量 • 如量度音量超越指定界限時，應提供隔音板

  15. Tailor-made noise enclosures on various powered mechanical equipment (PME)

  16. 簡化員工識別有關的條件限制 • 綠色時段內可使用已批准的機動設備 • 紅色時段內禁止使用任可機動設備

  17. Abatement of Wastewater Contamination 減少廢水污染

  18. 防止表面溢流進入工地 • 如無法避免，將表面溢流收集至污水處理裝置 • 避免斜坡表面被侵蝕及暴露泥土 • 節約用水 • 處理污水循環再用

  19. Minimize Generation of Wastes 減少制造廢物

  20. 廢物管理 • 工地物料循環再用 • 在挖掘時採用平衡開鑿及堆填 (Balance cut & fill) • 在工地進行廢料分類，回收可再循環使用物料，例如：硬石、打碎石塊、鐵料、紙張等 • 減少使用木板 • 實施運載記錄制度 (Trip-ticket system)
