The survey http://oaklearn.oaklands.ac.uk/emotivation • Gives results of your motivation in terms of: • Achievement* • Responsibility* • Recognition* • Work Interest • Personal Growth • Advancement • Scoring • Score of >= 3 indicates satisfaction • Score of > 2.5 and < 3 indicates room for enrichment • Score of < 2.5 indicates dissatisfaction * indicates areas particularly under the control of line manager/supervisor
