He is a newly trained OSC, but has already completed his 10 hours of OSCing to be an active OSC this semester. He's certainly become a very reliable OSC. He is present at almost all club events, and he even let us invade his house for a canning trip. January's volunteer of the month is...

Here, you can not only donate blood, but also potentially save more lives by entering the Bone Marrow Registry. The process includes filling out some paperwork and a simple cheek swab.... completely painless

  15. Fundraising – Mike Jen Paint The Town Red prizes! Even though it's still a month away, we need prizes for PTTR! Please start thinking about anything you or your family would be able to contribute. For example, last year a club member made some pretty cool handbags that were pretty popular. Also, my dad does wood turning as a hobby, so I'm definitely going to ask him for some of his wooden bowls during break. Pretty much anything you can think of would be great. If you have something in mind but aren't sure, feel free to email me at maj214@psu.edu

  16. Advisor – Wendi Keeler • THON weekend blood drive – The Saturday of THON weekend we have a blood drive in the IM building from 11-5PM. We need volunteers so please sign up online • National Blood Appeal – We are still in a National Blood Appeal, which means nationwide we are short on blood. Please donate and encourage others to donate blood • March Campaign – Rino has officially challenged Ohio State to a blood battle! The blood drives in March (last week) and April will be for the blood battle.
