  2. Intruduction GilliDanda is a sport that is mostly played in India it is similar to baseball but there is no ball or bat it’s just played with two sticks.

  3. How to play GilliDanda There are two wooden sticks called the gilli and the danda. The danda is used to strike the dilli . The ganda is put in a oval shaped hole in the center of a circle. Two teams or two individuals as opponents can play GilliDanda there can also be only one person playing. The striker has to hit the gilli with the danda two times as hard as they can. If the striker hits the gilli the fielding team will have to catch it before it touches the ground. If the feilding team has accomplished then the striker is out and an other person comes to bat. Each length of the danda counts as one point. The fielder who was standing closest to the point where the gilli had fallen has to hit the gilli with the danda. If the gilli hits the danda the striker is out. The game continues till everyone has had a turn. The team who wins is the one that has the most points.
