Planning Permissions On 6th August 2010 the following approvals were granted: Clay Farm • Outline planning permission for up to 2250 dwellings, community facilities, 49ha strategic open space, landscaping, infrastructure. • Full planning permission for the spine road, balancing ponds, landscaping and works to trees Glebe Farm • Full planning permission for 286 dwellings, open spaces and landscaping.
