  8. Patronize ozone-friendly services by having your car air-con, refrigerators and home air-cons repaired at service shops with DTI accreditation. Accredited shops have TESDA-certified technicians who are environment-friendly and customer-oriented.

  9. Patronize ozone-friendly products by checking the labels of consumer goods. If CFCs or other ODS are used in their production, look for alternatives but do not buy, use or patronize these products.

  10. Wear protective things such as sunglasses, jacket/long-sleeves, umbrella or use sunscreen lotion. • Limit your time in the sun. • Use efficient appliances. • Turn off unnecessary electrical appliances.
