  4. EGGS Egg yolk and egg white both are rich in nutrients like vitamins, protein, and minerals. Now a day some of the egg variety having Omega-3 also, Egg contain all essential 9 amino acid.

  5. PEANUT BUTTER Peanut butter has become quite favorite now among adults and children because of taste and its nutritious value. This helps in weight loss and weight gain depends upon quantity to eat.
