Understanding that over 85% of accidents and injuries track back to “personal failure to make correct safety decisions,” Jeff feels that accidents can be avoided when quality ‘Safety Training’ is used to support up-to-date policies and appropriate safety equipment. In 1999 & 2005, BAE Systems received the Governor’s award for safety excellence and Scott has personally received awards for outstanding safety achievements and presenter of the year.
