Tulsa Healthy Start • Manager • Administrative Assistant • Coordinator of Case Manager • Interconception Coordinator • 8 Case Managers • Computer Analysis Specialist • Data Clerk • Health Education Specialist • Male Involvement • Consortium Component (represented by 30 local area organizations)

  5. THS Partners • Community Service Council • Metropolitan Tulsa Urban League • Planned Parenthood • Margaret Hudson Program (teen moms) • Indian Health Care Resource Center • OU College of Medicine (Evaluator: Su Phipps) • Parent Child Center

  6. Health Coverage Case management services includes: • Case Manager assists with wide range of services and other issues • Transportation needs • Health Education • ASQ

  7. Health Coverage • Screening and support with depression, smoking, alcohol or drugs and violence • Family Planning • WIC (assist with enrollment) • SoonerCare and SoonerPlan • Male Involvement Component (Fathers and significant others)

  8. Medical Services • Prenatal Appointments • Immunizations • Well-child checks • Resources • Specialty Care
