  2. Quick Overview • Choose 7 courses and a study hall for each semester. (Total 16) • College Prep Courses: 4…preferably 5. • Choose Alternate Courses • Fill out scheduling form with requested 11th grade courses. • Input Course Selection into Skyward. • Turn in Course Selection Form with appropriate signatures.

  3. Skyward Username And Password Use your Skyward Login Username and Password. Example: SMITHCHAR000 is entered into the email blank instead of an email address.

  4. Select “Scheduling 2015-2016” link to access Academic Guide, Course Descriptions, Dual Credit and Advanced Placement Information

  5. Use the following resources to assist you in your course selection for 2015-2016.

  15. Important Dates • Parent Scheduling Information Night—October 28, 2014 • Incomplete Schedules will be returned to the student for correction. • Schedule requests must be completed online by November 7, 2014. The paper schedule request forms are also due at this time in the guidance office. • Counselor will set up individual appointments once a completed schedule is returned.

  16. Schedule Changes • Course selections are final and cannot be changed after May 1, 2015, unless the following exists: Need to meet high school graduation requirements Need to meet college entrance requirements Need to balance over-crowded classes An error in computer entry Late staff changes Requested changes related to teacher assignments, lunch assignments, class periods, etc. will not be considered. If you select a year long course, you are committed to that course for the entire year…you cannot drop at semester.
