Assess situation and obtain advice from Head of Univ’ Health Service, Public Health Authority, Sp Groups, HSE etc as necessary. 2. Brief HR and obtain contact details for Next of Kin 3. Brief Head of casualty’s dept 4. Inform casualty’s Next of Kin. 5. Set up Help Line & arrange staffing. 6. Brief Univ Switchboard, Reception & Security Staff. 7. Brief Counselling, Safety Manager, SU, Chaplains. 8. Prepare statement for Press, local Org’s and HoDs for internal and external consumption 9. Draft bulletin for Univ Schools/Depts nb 8 & 9 to be checked by Team before dispatch.
