  2. History • The Masters is held in Augusta Georgia at Augusta national golf club • The course was created by the legendary amearture golfer, Bobby Jones.

  3. Mike Weir winning the Masters 2003 • “Its What defined his career.” Jim Natz a famous sports writer. • The victory made them apart of golf history • He won 1,080,000 dollars before his endorsements

  4. Phil Michelson wins the 2004 Masters • Was already a star but the win made him a superstar • 1st of 4 green jackets • Made him a success on the PGA tour.

  5. Tigers won the Masters in 1997 • Made him from a star to a legend. • Won in a Landslide by 12 shots • First African American to win the masters

  6. The Greatest shots that won the Masters • Phil Mickelson shot in the woods in 2008 • Its was his 2nd shot on 13th a par 5 • He was in the trees he hit a 6 iron on the green • Made the putt for eagle • Maintain the lead and won his 3rd green jacket

  7. Bubba Watson’s shot in the woods • The second playoff hole, 10th hole • Hit a snap hook 2nd shot on the green • Made par • Louis Oosthuizen choked and made a 5 on 10 • Watson won with a par

  8. Tiger woods chip in on 16 • He missed the green left • Had a tough chip shot • Ball came down the hill • Ball stopped on the edge and went in • Went on to win the tournament

  9. Amen corner • It cover the 11, 12, 13 holes • The hardest holes on the golf course • Herbert Warren Wind made the name • Its arguably the most beautiful part of the course

  10. Rae’s Creek • It’s a par 3 • Its in back of 11 • In front of 12th green • Ahead of 13th tee • Name after former property owner John Rae

  11. Eisenhower Tree • Its on the 17th hole • He kept hitting a pine • He wanted the tree to come down • But the chairman said no to the president

  12. Magnolia lane • Main driveway leading to the course club house • On both of the driveway there are 60 magnolia tress • Its 330 yards long • There were 61 trees along the road • Storm in April 4th 2011 knocked them down
