M&E Tool • Monitoring & Evaluation • BIQb and BIQe + Scorecards every 2 months (exceptions to be agreed with GenCap Support Unit) • Decision-making tool for GenCap management • Acknowledge the tool does not capture all activities • (S)Low compliance – reduced capacity at support unit = lack of updated analysis in time for workshop... • Continued use in 2012 • Revision of tool in 2012 by external consultants
