  1. Designing a mural You need to think carefully about everything that you have learnt in this unit. You are going to design a mural – a large work of art, usually on a wall – which tells the story of the history of the local area. If you could choose a place to display your mural, where would be the most appropriate? This is an image of the Bayeux tapestry which is a 50cm by 70m piece of embroidered cloth which explains the 1066 Norman invasion of England.
