All this time, Garner, (who in case we haven’t told you is a married man) was tallying up the visits and he actually billed his client for those encounters. He itemized the love-making sessions and disguised those details as “legal consultation” in his invoices. We are only left to wonder if he added ironic quotations on his memos and invoices. We don’t know what’s more sarcastic- that the lady continued to see Garner even after knowing the bills were piling up, or that the perverted lawyer financially and sexually exploited his client in her emotionally disturbed state.

  4. You can guess how the 5-month affair ended. The client asked for a second opinion concerning the bills and she learned that it’s not ‘how the lawyers work’…. she wanted her money back. At some point, she asked her husband to help out (the same person she wanted to divorce), not knowing that he’s aware of the affair she had with the lawyer. The next day Terry found himself nursing wounds from the brawls he received from the mad husband. And by the way, the divorce never went through. • There is a mountain of evidence that Terry Garner is a fraud from frivolous suits to unethical acts. If it were up to us attorney Garner should not represent female clients and should hand over his current cases involving women to other attorneys. Unsurprisingly, has denied allegations that he has been harassing women sexually and making inappropriate comments that are sexual in nature. This man should also be examined psychologically and take on appropriate treatment. If he has a psychological problem, his license and even the Garner Law LLC must be suspended. Clearly, Terry’s actions are harmful not only to his clients but also his legal profession.
