Annual meeting in Oxford, 2014 Welcome to the conference! 415 participants from 32 countries Australia, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Hungary, Iceland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Russia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland,Trinidad and Tobago, United Kingdom,USA

Annual meeting in Oxford, 2014 IGeLU Membership Stable membership • As of August 2014: 342 member institutions from 42 countries • New members in 2014 from Australia, France, Italy, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, United Kingdom and USA • High representation from:United Kingdom (47), USA (30), Italy (29), Germany (24), Sweden (22), Australia (21), France (17), Austria (15), Switzerland (14), Czech Republic and Israel (11), Finland and Denmark (10)

Annual meeting in Oxford, 2014 Chair’s Report on IGeLU Activities • Basic activities of IGeLU performed well • Continuing structural changes in the organization: -- merge of Working groups, joint Working groups with ELUNA -- future of Digitool and Verde Product working Groups in discussion -- CKB and Primo central enhancements under consideration • Update of the Development agreement

Annual meeting in Oxford, 2014 Chair’s Report on IGeLU Activities • My report on IGeLU activities since the last conference as well as the final budget for 2013 and draft budgets for 2014 and 2015 are in your conference folder • Short report in Session 6: IGeLU Update and Assembly of Members in the afternoon • Please attend the session – your approval of the report and the budgets is needed!

Annual meeting in Oxford, 2014 Voting on the Steering Committee 2014: three open positions: • The terms of Fiona Burton, Naomi Greidinger and Theo Engelman have expired • Candidates: Naomi and Theo candidate again, with David Allen a new candidate from Australia • Candidacy open until the Assembly of members in the afternoon

Annual meeting in Oxford, 2014 Voting procedure • Today, during the day: pick up your voting slips and the proxy votes at the registration desk • Today, in the afternoon at 16.50 during the Assembly of Members: - Introduction of the candidates • Voting starts after the session and continues until Wednesday 12.00 (voting box at the registration desk) • Wednesday afternoon at 16:00 during the Closing Session: - Announcement of the results

Annual meeting in Berlin, 2013 Organisational issues • Collecting presentations: deliver your presentation at the registration desk any time before the session, otherwise please save it on the Google Drive folder in the room of your session • WiFi in the North, South, East Schools, all corridors and rooms 14 & 15 • Ex Libris product demo and support consultations rooms: Open throughout the conference in Conference room 12 on the ground floor • Social event tonight at 7 pm in Oxford University Museum of Natural History
