Global Project Collaboration – High Level Schedule & Milestones Course outline February 1-15: Familiarization with Virtual Environment and Team-building Exercise February 15 – March 1: Develop As-Planned Collaboration Map and Arrange Case Project March 1-15: Develop Organization Simulation Model and 3-D BIM Model for Case Project March 15-29: Develop Cost Model and 4-D BIM Model for Case Project March 29 – April 12: Iterate Models to Optimize Schedule and Update Collaboration Map April 12-16: Write Final Project Report and Submit on April 16 Date for Final Project Presentations to be determined by each participating site
