Justificationfor the construction of CP Banovići • The installed capacity ofcement industry in Bosnia and Herzegovinais not a limiting factor, • The quantity of raw materials in the wider area is not to be limited, • The minimum cost of transporting of raw materials(within three kilometers), • Unquestionable profitability of the company(considerably lower production cost compared to the competition), • Marl as a byproduct of coal exploitation free entry of raw materials in cement production, • The possibility of using byproducts fromthe ThermalPowerPlantBanovici in cement production(ash and slag).

KM, • IRR - 16,2% • PR- 7,15 years • NPV - 1,83% • Method of financing: joint venture • The realization the project of building CP Banovići will be provided primarily an increase in employment of new labor, while improving the social status of both local and wider community. • In addition to this created the conditions for the training of local companies through engagement in the construction of this facility. • Cement production of byproducts TermoelektranaBanovićiandlimestone shale deposits from the coal deposit will provide a competitive cement, both in BiH and the region. • Start of construction: 2016th years • Completion: 2019th years

Technological process and facilities TC Banovici Cement production process is divided into the following sub-processes - steps: 1. preparation of raw materials ( begins exploitationwith raw materials which includes mining, crushing and tansport, while beginning the process boundary cement production in the factory represents the storage homogenization) 2.preparation of raw meal 3.production - burning clinker 4.preparation of mineral additives for cement manufacturing (milling) and storage cement 6.packing cement and shipping 7.preparing fuel
