  1. Staying Fit in the World of Supply Chain Logistics Supply chain logistics is a very important part of the business world. It is necessary for companies to keep their inventory in order and ready to be shipped when customers need it. However, one thing that many people do not realize about this field of work is that it requires physical exertion on a daily basis. There are many jobs in supply chain logistics where workers have to lift heavy items or walk long distances throughout the day. If you want to avoid injury, high blood pressure, stress, depression, and other serious health issues associated with sedentary living then you need to find ways to stay active while working in supply chain logistics. It is important that drivers and employees stay fit and healthy Staying fit and healthy is important for everyone, but especially for those in the supply chain logistics industry. The nature of the job means that you may spend long hours behind a wheel or sitting at a desk, which can be bad for your health. Mother Trucker Yoga

  2. To stay fit and healthy: ● Stay physically active by taking breaks to walk around and stretch every hour or so. If possible, try to get outside during breaks as well! This will help keep your mind off work while also giving it something new to focus on (and giving yourself some much-needed vitamin D). ● Get plenty of sleep so that you're rested enough to go out there every day with energy left over after work hours have ended.* Eat healthy food instead of junk food--this will help keep you energized throughout each day.* Drink lots of water throughout each day because dehydration can lead to headaches and other unpleasant side effects like fatigue or dizziness.* Avoid stress from situations outside work by taking time out every now again just so we don't feel overwhelmed by everything going on inside our heads all day long.* Avoid tobacco products such as cigarettes since they contain nicotine which increases heart rate when used regularly over time causing additional stress placed upon organs such as lungs due its addictive nature; thus leading There are many ways to stay active while working in supply chain logistics While you're working hard, it's important to take breaks and gets your blood flowing. There are several ways to do this: ● Walk around at lunchtime or during breaks. ● Work out in the truck or office chair if you can (for example, by doing use weights for bicep curls, stretch, planks and push-ups, squats). ● If you work outside, walk around when you're waiting for something to load or unload. Take breaks throughout the day to get your blood flowing ● Take a walk around the block. ● Do some stretches. ● Take a quick stroll around your truck lot or office building, and get up from behind your desk to stretch your legs every hour or so. ● Walk over to the coffee machine and get yourself a cup of coffee! 3. Go for walks at lunchtime or during breaks You know how it goes: you're working hard, and then suddenly its lunchtime. You grab a quick bite and then head back to your desk. But have you ever thought about how much energy you're wasting by not stepping away from the computer for even a few minutes? The best thing about taking breaks is that they give your brain time to recharge and refocus on the task at hand, which can help improve productivity overall. Even if all you do during this time is take a walk around the building or outside for five minutes, it could be exactly what you need to reboot before heading back into work mode again! Work out in the truck or office building if you can If you're in a truck or office building, there are some exercises you can do that don't require a gym. ● If you have access to the truck, try doing pushups and sit-ups on the floor of your vehicle. Make sure not to hit anything with your head--you don't want any injuries! ● If there's no room in your vehicle for these types of exercises, try standing up straight and holding onto something sturdy (like an IV pole) for support while doing squats with one leg raised up behind you. This will help strengthen both legs equally and improve balance at the same time! ● If neither of these options are available, you could always go outside during lunch break time if weather permits--this way there's less risk of injury due to lack of space inside buildings where people spend most of their time working on projects together every day." If you work outside, walk around when you're waiting for something to load or unload If you work outside, walk around when you're waiting for something to load or unload. If you have to wait in a truck yard, get out of the cab and walk around the trucks. Mother Trucker Yoga

  4. Walk around the office when it's slow and there are no meetings going on. Walk around the warehouse looking for things that need attention (like boxes that have fallen off a shelf), or just take some time out of your day with some stretching exercises! If your company has loading docks, go check them out during non-peak times (i.e., after business hours) so that no one thinks anything strange is going on when they see someone walking around outside with no reason in particular. By staying physically active in between loads, you can avoid injury, high blood pressure, stress, depression, and more serious health issues associated with sedentary living While you're on the road, you can still stay fit by exercising between loads. If you have access to a truck or office building, it's important that you use it as an opportunity for exercise. If not, try walking around when waiting for something to load or unload. The more active your body is throughout the day and week, the healthier it will become over time--and this can help prevent injury and other health issues down the line! If possible (and safe), take breaks throughout each day so that your body has time off from sitting at a desk all day long; even just five minutes of stretching will help keep muscles loose while keeping them healthy too!
