  2. Biotechnology • The different ways that we use living cells and their components to develop new products; including pharmaceutical drugs, food, and animals

  3. Gene • Genes carry the information that determines your traits, which are features or characteristics that are passed on to you — or inherited — from your parents.

  4. Clone • the process of producing one or more genetically-identical individuals
