This study investigates the resilience of DBVPG6299 strains under different stress conditions, including acetic acid and osmotic stress with sorbitol at varying concentrations and temperatures. We examine the response of these strains to control environments, focusing on their adaptability and survival rates. The data aims to deepen our understanding of the RSIs (Relative Survival Indices) and establish control measures that enhance strain tolerance in adverse conditions.
