  2. Onceupon a time there was King Numitor. His daughter Silvia Rea had twins. They were Romulus and Remus. God Mars was their father. Uncle King Amulius hated Silvia and her sons. One day he took the twins to the river Tiber. A mother wolf found the brothers and looked after them. Then a poor man Faustulus found the twins and took them home. When the brothers were big, they built a beautiful city near the river Tiber. Later they fought with each other. Romulus was the winner. He called the city Rome.
