  • Lives in dry forest
  • Threats: deforestation and illegal hunting for their fur.
  • Make everyone aware for deforestation and set high consequences for illegal hunting.

  • They live in the coasts of Greece, Israel, Turkey and Libya.
  • Population: more than 60,000
  • Threats: habitat loss and degradation, climate change, incidental capture, collection of eggs and meat for consumption.
  • Measures to save it: protecting nesting sites, reducing the consumption of fish.
