  6. Location The school is located at the main road in Pingtung County, just 3km from Formosa Freeway No.3, 5km from Pingtung Train Station, 25km from Kaohsiung International Airport. Very convenient to get to Asian Pacific Operation Center and nearby science parks.   15. Department of Mechanical Engineering The department is divided into three fields:Automation manufacturing, Vehicle and Aviation. The aims are to cultivate professional techniques of students, to assist students to pass the certificate exams, and to encourage students to pursue advanced education, in order to meet the future needs of development in Taiwan.(機械系B01)

  16. Department of Industrial Engineering & Management Our faculty is professional and enthusiastic. The facilities are comprised of computer labs, work study labs, factory layout and material handling labs, production management labs, human factor industrial safety and hygiene labs, audio-visual labs, computer integrated manufacturing labs, and a department library. Department of Architectural Engineering Founded in 1990, the Department has 4 year college programs both day school & evening school, totally 8 classes at present. 70% of faculty possess doctoral degrees or architect licenses. The Department focuses on practical aspects of architecture in designing, drafting and management. Teaching largely relies on digital devices and professional software. (建築系B03)

  18. Department of Electronic Engineering The department focuses on teacher’s teaching, and researching, and students’ special projects development. Curricula are directed toward practicality, including microchip control system, VLSI design, photoelectric engineering, and microwave component design.(電子系B04)

  19. Department of Electrical Engineering The department program focuses on the fundamental aspects of the discipline such as mechatronics, photo electronics and communication. Major courses include: power electronic and motor control systems; communications and control systems; optics and laser systems; analog and digital circuit design; computer-aided design; signal processing, image processing and computer vision; and neural networks.(電機系B05)

  20. Department of Biological Engineering The Department is fully equipped with carefully designed curriculum and experienced faculty specialized in chemical engineering and biotechnology. The target is to train the students to meet the requirements for the industries in Taiwan Bio-Agriculture Park and Pingtong Biotechnology Park. (生工系B06)

  21. Department of Management Information System This department is to produce extremely well-rounded professionals in information management. Our training program covers localization of the techniques and theories of information management, development and management of information systems, management of information resources, management and organization.(資管系B07)

  22. Department of Business Administration The curriculum is designed to assist students to build competitive advantages, and to become successful managers. The faculty is experienced with real-world technology of modern business and a keen understanding of vocational education. Most of our graduates passed professional certifications, and some hold security broker licenses.(企管系B08)

Department of International Business Inheriting the traditional spirit of vocational education, the department keeps educating students based upon humanism, practicability, marketability, modernism and internationalism, providing them with both applied sciences and practical techniques, so as to cultivate well-rounded personnel for international business.   24. Department of Finance & Insurance The department aims to provide students with the skills and knowledge of the financial service industry. The department emphasizes fundamental theories as well as practical business knowledge. The better management of computerized financial information and knowledge of foreign languages are prepared for the students. (財金系B10)

  25. Department of Applied Foreign Languages The department was established in 1997. Our goal is to prepare students to become foreign language professionals. The program emphasizes the strong foundation of language skills. They are expected to master not only daily conversational English but also occupational English.(應外系B11)

Department of Sports, Health, & Leisure To be in accordance with national economic development in the 21st century and people’s recreation needs, the department offers various facilities and equipment to enhance student’s knowledge, practical training experiences, and the skills of planning and management in sports, health, and leisure fields for the country. Cosmetic Application and Management Department For the development of cosmetic science and technology in Taiwan and, to foster the cosmeticians who could apply cosmetic production, analysis and beautify the feature and body. We co-operate instructional equipments with professional teachers to guide students for obtaining cosmetic licenses. (妝管系B13)
