  3. Marsiling Secondary School • Review • Most of the collaborations are conducted through face to face discussions during professional learning team hours. There is a need to provide additional avenues for greater collaboration. • Follow-Up Actions • The school will provide the infrastructure to facilitate teacher collaborations such as the LMS and to encourage the use of OPAL. The school will create more opportunities for staff to network at cluster and national level. Departments will work on providing opportunities for teachers to embark on professional dialogue beyond the professional learning team hours set aside by the school.
