  2. “What are you skills and abilities” is an appropriate question on an interview. • A person who has critical thinking skills would probably say, “I develop new products and processes based on analysis”. • A person who has problem solving skills would probably say, “I served on a committee to help our school serve meals that are more appealing to students and increased profit.” • A person who has technology, resource and information skills would probably say, “I researched using periodicals, books, electronics, and human resources.” • When deciding what to wear to an interview, wear clothes that would be one step above what would be appropriate to wear on the job Interview

During an interview questions will be asked to find out if the applicant is the best person for the job. • If you answer questions about your qualifications openly and objectively during an interview your are demonstrating honesty. • If you direct an applicant to a potential employer for a job interview you just made a referral. • If you don’t understand a question an interviewer asks; always ask him/her to clarify it.
