There are several Wireless Cell Stations available for the KX-TDE Series: • KX-TDE0158 - is a 8ch cell station available for the TDE100/200/600 and requires connection to a Cell Station Interface (CSIF) card (KX-TDE0143 – 4 CSIF card and KX-TDE0144 – 8 CSIF card). • KX-TDE0142- is a 3ch cell station available for the TDE100/200/600 and requires connection to a Cell Station Interface (CSIF) card (KX-TDE0143 – 4 CSIF card and KX-TDE0144 – 8 CSIF card). • KX-TDE0141- is a Low-cost 2ch cell station available for all TDE PBX, and is directly connected to a single port of either a DLC or DHLC card. GSM Mobile telephones can be registered to the PBX as extensions. The mobile telephone members work as "Virtual" Portable Stations (PS) and use 3-5 digit PBX extension numbering. Calls that come for salespeople while they are out of the office can be sent to their mobile telephone without having to use call forwarding. QSIG is one of the most flexible platforms for networking systems. For example, a salesperson from the London office can make or receive calls with his or her own PS while visiting a branch office in Paris, Milan, or São Paulo. When a call comes in to a busy line or an unattended phone, the system can distribute it to another extension, a voice mail system, a home or mobile telephone, or other pre-programmed destinations.   20. VI Higher Office Productivity Wrap up time ‘Hot Desking’ Log-in/Log-out 11. Agent Features Agent Features. The KX-TDE has many Agent features that increases Call Center functionality. Log-in/Log-out―Allows Agents to log into a ring group with an ID number. All calls received by the agent are displayed on the report until the agent has logged-out. If a pre-programmed number of calls to an agent remain unanswered, the agent is automatically Logged-out. This feature can be activated by pre-programmed ‘Log-in/Log-out ‘key. Wrap-up time― On completion of a call, Wrap-up time is activated to give the agent a short pre-programmed time before they can receive a new call. This allows them to complete any necessary paperwork to finalise the previouscall. This feature can also be activated manually by a pre-programmed ‘Wrap-up’ key. This feature is called Not Ready. Each extension user can have a personal Voice Mailbox which can play outgoing greeting messages as well as record incoming voice messages irrespective of the type of extension used, i.e. Proprietary Telephones (PT), Single Line Telephones (SLT), and Portable Stations (PS). The recording storage space on each voicemail box is shared between outgoing greeting messages and received voicemail messages. Extension users can record, listen to or clear their own greeting messages – as well as playback and clear voice messages left by outside callers. Each SVM card supports two channels, allowing two users to access the card simultaneously. The system supports up to two SVM cards per PBX for added recording storage capacity. Accessing the voicemail requires assigning each SVM card with a floating extension number. The SVM can handle up to 250 individual messages (greetings and voice messages) with a maximum total recording time of 120 minutes (60 minutes default) per card. The total capacity of the SVM card is shared between all assigned extension users with a voicemail box. Recording time/quality can be selected as shown in the System Capacity Table.
