  3. Case 1: Clinical details • GS, 20 year man • Live related renal transplant- March 2004 • Basic disease: CIN (Reflux Nephropathy) • Donor- Mother • On triple drug immunosuppression • Presented with rising serum creatinine

  4. Case 1 • On examination • B.P- 120/70mm Hg. • No pedal edema • Mild pallor present
