  3. 2. 課程大綱 甲) 必修部份 • 課題(一) 旅遊導論 (中四) (如不同遊客的分類與特性) • 課題(二) 款待導論 (中四) (如酒店不同部門運作及職能) • 課題(三) 地理名勝 (中五至中六) (如世界不同景點認識)

  4. 甲) 必修部份 • 課題(四) 客務關係與服務 (中五至中六) (如客務服務員個人素質) • 課題(五) 旅遊與款待業趨勢及議題 (中五至中六) (如可持續發展旅遊業的展望)

  5. 乙) 選科部份 (學生只需選一個課題) • 課題(一) 會議, 獎勵, 商務, 展覽業務 • 課題(二) 主題公園及景點 • 課題(三) 款待業市場學

  6. 3. 評核方式 甲) 公開試 – 卷一: 選擇題 及 資料回應題 30% 1.25小時 卷二 : 論述題 40% 1.75小時 乙) 校本評核 – 中五: 兩份有關必修部份課業(10%) 中五至中六: 一份有關選修部份的詳細探究(20%)

  7. 4. 學習活動 • 參觀酒店, 航空公司及遊輪 • 旅遊路線設計比賽 • 旅遊研習個案比賽 • 出席國際性會議

  8. 5. 本科要求 • 認同旅遊對推動經濟, 保留文化 及協助發展中國家脫貧的積極意義 • 放眼世界, 熱衷社會時事 • 將書本上所學理論應用在日常生活旅遊案例上 • 具備良好傳意及分析技巧
