  4. Steps • Directors update corporate documents. • Attorney updates Directors modifications. • Mail out Ballot for membership acceptance. • Membership votes down the changes. • Mail out Ballot for only Appliance Policy Changes. • Membership accepts change to Occupancy Agreement. Residents Voice

  6. Where are we today? The Occupancy Agreement still does not define the Appliance Policy; It does reference documents which define the Appliance Policy BUT The documents can be modified with only a majority of the Board vote. Residents Voice

  7. We are still subject to the whims of the United Mutual Board with reference to Appliance Policy. • The Board can terminate the Appliance Policy with a vote of 6 Directors. • We need to include policy within the Occupancy Agreement. Residents Voice
